• You are solely and exclusively responsible for any claims relating to any inaccurate, untimely or incomplete information provided by You.

1. Booking: process your tour booking issues.
2. Maintaining account: Maintain your account with us, includes: Loyalty program and promotions.
3. Customer service and after services to response for your concern about the products with us, also to enforce our agreements.
4. Research market: synthetic data to understand customer in able to offer better personalize services incudes personalize your experience with us, improve services and adjust to suitable for each individual, quickly offer services matching your interest.
5. Security: in order to prevent forgery and destroying customer account.
6. Government law: We can collect, store and provide information to Government agencies base on law in force.

If You book a live virtual tour on our Site You agree with the following:

• hand-picked staff of MotoTrip.travel may randomly access any virtual tour session for technical quality purposes;
• the Guide owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to the live virtual tour and grants You a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to access and use the live virtual tour for personal and non commercial purposes only; and
• MotoTrip.travel is not responsible for any damages or technical malfunction of any hardware, network, or systems related to, or resulting from, the participation in a live virtual tour, including any injury or damage to any participant and to any person’s computer.

• Our platform provides tour assessment for customer to giving feedback after finishing the tour. It helps us to improve our services for your next experience.
• We have right to remove negative as well as false feedbacks. Our team will review those feedbacks within 5 working days before applying enforcement. We commit a honest standard system and objective judgements on MotoTrip.travel.
• You will not upload, publish, and/or send any Review that: (i) is fraudulent, false, or misleading; (ii) is defamatory, obscene, vulgar or offensive; (iii) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any Guide and/or user; (iv) promotes illegal or harmful activities, or (v) includes contact details.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify, without prior notice, any Reviews alleged to infringe any intellectual property rights, or that violate these Terms and Conditions, and/or unpublish any Tours containing such Reviews.

• Our credit card payment system is provided by legal partners in Vietnam. Therefore, credit card payment security on MotoTrip.travel ensured secure compliance.
• Each Tour is displayed in its default currency. You may choose to pay for a Tour in other currencies available on the Site. Once You book a Tour, the Tour Price is fixed in such currency, even if exchange rates fluctuate between the time You book and the time You take your Tour. Your bank or credit card company may apply different commissions and charges when selecting a currency other than your local currency.

All MotoTrip.travel tours are fully refundable, up to the day of tour delivery. You will receive a full refund of the tour price:

• If you cancel a booking before cut-off time of the tour for any reason. Please note you will not receive any refund if you do not cancel the tour and do not show. Also, timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the tour;
• If the Guide cancels the tour;
• If You cannot take the tour because of an unforeseeable event that is out of your control

MotoTrip.travel may modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms and Conditions, we will post the updated Terms and Conditions on the Site. If You continue accessing the Site and using the Services, then You are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions. If You do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, You will terminate these Terms and Conditions before the date they become effective, and will stop accessing the Site and using our Services.
